Roll-Off Rentals
Roll-Off Dumpster Rental in Parker, CO
Ten to forty yard roll-off containers delivered across Parker and Douglas County. Flat-rate pricing, protection boards standard, and a driver who sets the box exactly where you actually need it.
A roll-off is the open-top steel container that arrives on a hook or cable truck and gets winched off the back onto your driveway. That mechanism is why placement matters more than people expect: the truck needs a straight approach roughly its own length again to set and retrieve the box, clear overhead space free of branches and service drops, and firm ground underneath. Get that right and the whole rental is uneventful, which is the goal.
We run five sizes — 10, 15, 20, 30 and 40 yard — out of Dransfeldt Road, and between them they cover a bathroom gut and a subdivision framing package. Pricing is flat rate rather than a base plus a stack of surprises, protection boards go under the rails on every drop, and swaps go out the next morning. Browse the whole range on our dumpster sizes page if you want dimensions before you call.
One local wrinkle shapes almost every residential roll-off in this town: covenants. A Parker property can sit under an HOA, a metro district, or both, and the typical rules cap container days, require driveway-only placement and ban street parking of a box outright. The violation letter is the most common avoidable problem we see. Tell us your community and your day limit when you book and we will schedule the haul to land inside it. Confirm the current rules with your association — they get amended.
Where Our Roll-Offs End Up
Home Remodels
Kitchen, bath and basement work in the 1990s and 2000s filings that make up most of Parker. Usually a 15 or 20 yard on the driveway.
Roof Tear-Offs
Shingles are dense, so roofing loads run smaller than homeowners guess. We set the can under the eave and swap mid-job if the roof is layered.
Jobsite Debris
Framing scrap, drywall, packaging and finish waste on active builds, with next-morning swaps so the trades are never walking around a full box.
Garage And Attic Purge
Everything that has accumulated since closing day. Bulky, light and fast to load, which makes a bigger container cheaper per cubic yard of stuff.
Acreage And Barn Work
Corral panels, T-posts, field wire, stall mats and shed teardowns out toward Franktown and Elizabeth. Long gravel drives need a firm, level set spot.
Concrete And Slab
Heaved driveway, patio and sidewalk sections. Clean loads get crushed into aggregate, and a 10 yard hits the weight limit before it ever looks full.
Storm And Tree Debris
Wind and hail take down limbs, fencing and shade structures every season. Clean green waste is better separated than mixed with construction debris.
Estate And Move-Out
Whole-house clearances on a closing deadline. Furniture, boxes, appliances and decades of storage, loaded through the walk-in door rather than over the top rail.
Choosing Between Five Container Sizes
The honest short version: pick by weight if the load is dense and by volume if it is not. A 10 yard is for concrete, tile, dirt and roofing — heavy, low-volume material. A 15 yard suits a single-room remodel or a small tear-off. A 20 yard is our most common driveway drop and covers most whole-home projects. A 30 yard handles remodel demolition and large cleanouts, and a 40 yard is for bulky commercial and framing volume. When you are between two, go up: a second pull costs more than the bigger box, and an overloaded can that cannot legally be hauled costs you a whole working day.

Before delivery, clear the driveway completely and move anything you need out of the garage first — a 20 yard blocks a bay. We need roughly sixty feet of straight approach, fourteen or so feet of overhead clearance, and a firm surface. In winter, cleared and level beats convenient, because a box set on packed snow shifts as it melts. Protection boards go down as standard and we photograph the slab on arrival, which matters in a county where bentonite clay cracks concrete on its own. In gated communities like Pradera or Stonegate, get us the gate code and a contact number so the driver is not sitting at a call box. More on delivery-day driveway protection.

Roll-Off Dumpster Rental FAQs
How much space does a roll-off actually need?
Plan on the length of the container plus about ten feet of working room, and roughly sixty feet of straight approach so the truck can back in and winch the box off. Overhead is the part people forget: mature Front Range cottonwoods, low service drops and gate arches all stop a delivery cold. If you are unsure, send a photo of the driveway when you book and we will tell you what fits.
Can I keep the container on the street?
Sometimes legally, rarely wisely. Public right-of-way placement can require approval from the town, and separately most Parker HOAs and metro districts prohibit street placement outright regardless of what the town allows. The driveway is almost always the better answer. If the street is genuinely the only option, check with the Town of Parker and your association first, because both sets of rules change.
What is a swap-out and when do I need one?
A swap is when we haul the full container away and set an empty one in the same spot on the same trip. You need one when the job outruns the box — a layered roof, a big cleanout, a phased remodel. Call before the afternoon cut-off and the swap usually goes out the next morning. It is nearly always cheaper than overloading a box past the fill line.
What cannot go in a roll-off?
Asbestos-containing material in any quantity, electronics such as televisions and monitors, which Colorado bans from landfill disposal, liquid paint, solvents, pesticides, pool chemicals, tires, batteries, propane tanks and refrigerant appliances. Clean concrete and clean green waste are better in their own container so they can be recycled. Our Douglas County guide to dumpster contents lists the awkward cases.
Do you serve areas outside Parker itself?
Yes. We run daily through Parker, Castle Rock, Lone Tree, Franktown, Elizabeth, Kiowa, Sedalia and the south-east Denver metro edge, using I-25, E-470, Parker Road and Founders Parkway. Rural acreage deliveries are routine as long as the drive is firm and the septic field and well head are marked. Our service areas page lists the towns we cover.
