Local knowledge

Why the jurisdiction matters more here than most places

Your HOA outranks the town

Nearly every Parker-area community is covenanted, and the covenant usually caps container days and requires driveway-only placement. That governs your job before any municipal permit does. Town of Parker, Castle Rock, Lone Tree, Aurora, Centennial and unincorporated Douglas County then each run their own right-of-way process. See the HOA and permit guide.

Where it actually goes

Douglas County runs no landfill of its own, so material routes through private facilities south and north of the county. Clean concrete is crushed to aggregate, scrap metal and clean wood are recovered, and defensible-space slash goes to the county slash-mulch programme rather than being buried. Separating pays. See where it goes.

Newer homes, first-refresh work

Most of Parker was built from the mid-1990s onward, so the renovation profile here is decks at end of life, basements being finished, builder-grade kitchens coming out and roofs on their second replacement — not old-stock gut jobs. That changes both the debris and the sizing.

Gated drives and gravel

Gated communities need a code called ahead so the driver is not sitting at a keypad. Out east through Franktown, Elizabeth and Kiowa it is long gravel drives, ranch gates, wells and septic fields that must be marked, and ground that goes soft after snowmelt. Our drivers know which of those a loaded truck can commit to.

Service Area FAQs

Do you charge extra to deliver outside Parker?

No. Every city and community listed on this page sits inside our standard service area and the flat rate is the same as it is in Parker. Delivery, pickup, your rental window and disposal up to the agreed tonnage are all in the number we quote you on the phone.

How far do you actually go?

Roughly a 25 mile radius from our yard, which covers Douglas County, the south Denver metro and into Elbert County acreage country. We go further for multi-container jobs and contractor accounts. If your address is not on the list, call and ask — and if we cannot reach you we will usually know who can.

Can you deliver out to Franktown, Elizabeth or Kiowa?

Yes, with a conversation first. Long gravel drives, ranch gates a truck cannot swing wide enough for, septic tanks and leach fields, and ground that goes soft after snowmelt all affect which container we can get in and where it can safely sit. Mark the septic field before we arrive. Tell us the address when you call and we will tell you honestly what will and will not work.

Which parts of Parker do you cover?

All of it. Our yard is on Dransfeldt Road, so Stonegate, Canterberry Crossing, Clarke Farms, Stroh Ranch, Idyllwilde, Cottonwood, Horse Creek, Pradera and downtown Mainstreet are all short runs. Almost every one of those is covenanted, so tell us the community when you call and we will plan the placement and the window around your HOA rules.

Talk to a real person

Need a dumpster in Parker today?

Tell us what you are clearing out and we will tell you the right size and the flat price to put it in your driveway. No forms, no waiting on an email — just call and we will sort it out in a couple of minutes.
